Update & Site Review

Todays update is for the past couple days. I had a busy Tuesday, so I wasn't able to get as much done as I'd have liked. But, I was a little more happy about my results for the past few days than I have been. I made a total of $17! :D I've decided Everyday of the week is going to be a different review of a survey site, so you can know more about each place I'm talking about, before you decide to try it out yourself. And once a week, likely on the weekends, I'm going to give a totals overview, and cash out where I can, and report here. Again, as always, if anyone has some money making site and/or scheme they are curious about, but don't want to jump right in w/o hearing more about it, feel free to let me know and I will try it out for you, and let you know what I find!
Earnings & Review after the jump..

Earnings
  • $0.065 ~ CashGopher ~ I have been leaving my computer on 24/7, even when I'm sleeping, to give it more time to do it's "chores."
  • $3.32 ~ AdSense ~ I am not positive the reason for this spike, but I am grateful. I do have one more follower and had a few hits yesterday!
  • $0.00 ~ GlobalTestMarket ~ Typically I get screened out of these surveys...but yesterday I was offered an opportunity to earn $79! Hell yeah! ;) For simply recording my conversations for a day, or at least taking notes and/or remembering topics discussed. Then I'll get a survey in the mail to fill them in.
  • $0.045 ~ HotSpex
  • $0.95 ~ i-Say
  • $7.27 - Lightspeed Panel
  • $0.59 ~ MySurvey ~ I got an offer after filling out a pre-screening survey. 750 pts for simply filling out a packet that comes in the mail, with all the devices in my house that use batteries. Not a bad deal...so let's just see if I get that packet, then they will send me a survey via my email, and I'll record that information there as well. I'll let you know when I get that.
  • $3.00 ~ Opinion Outpost ~ Another neat offer, yesterday just seemed full of them! 20 pts to download a meter for 35 days, it is not supposed to have any affect on my computer, but just to be safe I downloaded it on my 2nd computer, so far I have not noticed any weirdness.
  • $1.60 ~ Surveyhead
Review

Today I'll discuss Opinion Outpost. It is probably my favorite paid survey site so far. It was one of the first survey sites I joined, and have had the best luck with it. So far I have cashed out twice since I joined in July '10, totallying $13 (mind you I went through a slump of taking no surveys.) Once for the min of $5 and once for $8. And now I'm up to $5.60, but I'll wait to cash out on the weekend.

  • They offer a refer-a-friend bonus of $2. All the friend has to do for you to receive credit is to join and complete one survey. Easy.
  • In my opinion they give decent rewards to the length of the surveys. And the surveys themselves aren't usually too lengthy.
  • $5 min cash-out as I mentioned above. That is something that puts it above a lot of others, usually around $10 to cash-out, sometimes as much as $50 or $100.
  • Cash-out options ~ Citi Gift Card: You get a virtual or physical card, and you receive an email from Citi.com within 24 hours. Amazon.com Gift Card claim code: Delivered instantly for immediate redemption at Amazon.com or its affiliated website Endless.com. Cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or cards, or for items from some third party sellers.
  • Steady flow of surveys. During 76 days, I received 64 surveys, which is .84 surveys a day...almost a survey a day. Not too many, but also enough to keep the cash steadily coming in.
